By far the best tire shop i have been to in all my life very friendly and professional they do what u ask and all around great shop i would recommend big o to anyone and everyone great service and great work highly appreciated!

Quick and easy.

I have used them twice for two different things and they have been very helpful and kind.They go out of their way to make sure I was being taken care of, and were very accommodating.

I came in with a side wall puncture and learned it was repairable. I purchased four new tires that would have been needed in 10,000 miles anyway. I was shown two sets on hand and given a top-notch explanation between the two. 45 minutes later, I was on the road again

They did a great job on my Jeep. My wife's car they said the TPM was broken before we came in... let me tell you, it wasn't broken beforehand. So I don't think it's a coincidence it broke when they changed her tires. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and they seemed like really nice people. I'll go back again.

The workers there were great, they spent the time to really figure out what the issue was. I had originally taken it in to get my 02 sensors replaced as they had the best prices out of the other locations in town I have checked. I had bought my own 02 sensors and had them replaced, but I bought the wrong one. They were very patient with me when I took it back. They made sure to order the correct part and even made sure it ran like it should.

My car was serviced in a timely matter.

Had my tires in stock and mounted quickly.

Steve is awesome! Excellent customer service and helpful in every way. Our tour vans where serviced through him as well as my personal car. If you have any issue with your car in Vernal talk to Steve at BigO!
