Great to deal with

The workers there were great, they spent the time to really figure out what the issue was. I had originally taken it in to get my 02 sensors replaced as they had the best prices out of the other locations in town I have checked. I had bought my own 02 sensors and had them replaced, but I bought the wrong one. They were very patient with me when I took it back. They made sure to order the correct part and even made sure it ran like it should.

Steve Carl and mechanic Cody all work together to keep my 2 cars working properly. Being retired is great but knowing i can always count on them is really a blessing. Steve is determined to find that dimmer switch for my old 2008 srx LOL

Had my tires in stock and mounted quickly.

They are always diligent in their work and honest with me about the needs of my vehicle. I take the time to drive the hour away from home in order to come here because they have always been honest. They explain the needs of my vehicle and work with me in order to make the changes as I can afford them.

This location always knocks it out of the park. Will be back

Great customer service

Reasonable price for oil change. Informed me of my brakes needing new pads.

We were in Vernal visiting and discovered we had a leak in the tire due to a sheet metal screw. Carl and Gustavo helped us out. (I hope I got their names correct) Got the tire fixed and us back on our way very quickly, They were great!

There always nice a good service an helpful when need. An always have other options to help us out when needed. Never a disappointment always a good service.

Great knowledgeable staff. The free alignment check and 22 point inspection sold me. The staff was quick to accommodate my needs and put repairs in a order of important to witch should be done immediately and witch could wait a little while longer. They also had the recommended maintenance for my trucks mileage as well. Very good Experience with good down home people to work with.

I always have a positive experience when working with the staff at Big-O.

The customer service at this location was extremely efficient. We had had another location do some work, and after that work, the car was still doing the same thing. So when we came to the Vernal locations, they were very helpful and also did alot of the work under warranty. When the car was still doing the same thing, they were helpful giving us all the reports to take to a different mechanic but showed everything they had done and replaced.

Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, its not always easy when your wife has to go in by herself and has no idea what is wrong with the vehicle. The shop was clean and the employees kept her up to date on the vehicle while the wait, , the shop was very clean as well. Thank you for the service it is excellent!
