Big O Tires

I was assisted quickly and was on my way within a half hour.

When walking in, I wasn't sure who to talk to as the layout inside all faced the middle. It would be nicer to have one check in desk. I used a coupon and it wasn't explained to me if there were any additional charges since my coupon was for an oil change but I wanted a rotation too. I had to ask specifically about how the pricing was going to work. While they were inspecting the car, a mechanic came out to the waiting room and front desk area and just said "who has this car? This is a problem, it's leaking" and it wasn't explained to me what it was or if it was something that was recommended to immediately fix. I had to ask a desk person what they said and how it affected my car and I don't feel like I got a good explanation. I waited over an hour for an oil change with an appointment and then the only other mention about the problem they found was included as a quote on the invoice without any other information being given about it. I will be taking my car somewhere else to get that looked at.

Steve Carl and mechanic Cody all work together to keep my 2 cars working properly. Being retired is great but knowing i can always count on them is really a blessing. Steve is determined to find that dimmer switch for my old 2008 srx LOL

These guys always do a great job!

They are always diligent in their work and honest with me about the needs of my vehicle. I take the time to drive the hour away from home in order to come here because they have always been honest. They explain the needs of my vehicle and work with me in order to make the changes as I can afford them.

I called before going since I was working and wanted a price estimate. Unfortunately they only had the cheaper tires in stock, but I'm glad I got tires on my vehicle. They had an opening the same day and I was able to get my car in. They were quite busy so it took about an hour to do, but I'm glad I got them done and everyone was so friendly. I'm thinking of going in again to see if I need an alignment though since I didn't know that wasn't part of the service and was not informed on it. I was also not informed about my brake pads being good or not even though I did ask when I brought it in and they put it on the paper. Unfortunately, that's partially my fault for not asking at the end of service

They are very friendly and have great customer service even when super busy. I have never had a issue with any of their service.

We were in Vernal visiting and discovered we had a leak in the tire due to a sheet metal screw. Carl and Gustavo helped us out. (I hope I got their names correct) Got the tire fixed and us back on our way very quickly, They were great!

The staff was extremely friendly, and our car seemed to be smoother driving when we got it back. The store was clean, and the bathrooms were clean, but they were out of soap.

Great knowledgeable staff. The free alignment check and 22 point inspection sold me. The staff was quick to accommodate my needs and put repairs in a order of important to witch should be done immediately and witch could wait a little while longer. They also had the recommended maintenance for my trucks mileage as well. Very good Experience with good down home people to work with.

Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, its not always easy when your wife has to go in by herself and has no idea what is wrong with the vehicle. The shop was clean and the employees kept her up to date on the vehicle while the wait, , the shop was very clean as well. Thank you for the service it is excellent!
