OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! I went in to get 4 new tires & an alignment check. They did it all...in about an hour! EVERYONE there was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. The best part is my 20 yr old car, now drives like a brand new car! I would absolutely recommend them and be back for rotations, etc. and when I'm ready for a new set of tires. (Note: I had an alignment done 5 days prior at a different company. They gave me a print-out showing that my car was Not Properly aligned. My car shook & pulled terribly...So grateful for their Outstanding Work!!)

When I was told there was no longer a Big O XT the associate was very helpful in finding a replacement, I was satisfied with but I still wanted the XT.

I had a shimmy in the front end of my pickup and it was difficult to diagnose. Big O/Vernal worked at it over the course of a couple of visits and were able to determine the cause and then fixed it. Up to now I hadn't considered using Big O except for tires, but I will use them in the future for more of the services they offer.

Big-O in Vernal is always quick and easy to work with. They always answer any questions a customer has.

While in Vernal for a few months of work, I thought I'd give Big O a try for servicing my work vehicle and have had nothing but good experiences there. They went out of their way to assist with a bad tire and are always friendly and helpful.

The guys at the front desk were amazing super helpful stayed in contact with me was quick to let me know of any problems and price to fix it even missed one of their calls and was able to get right back with them even though they were on lunch break I would definitely recommend the shop to anybody if you want a trustworthy company this would be the place to do it

I have been buying my tires in SLC for years. Cheaper prices. I had a hunch to call this Big-O and see what they could offer me because I would rather buy local. I got a good deal on my new tires. Quick and friendly service too. I didn't have an appointment and It took about an hour total.
