I've visitted them three times in the past month. Bought a set of tires and two license inspections. All three times the services was superb. I'm amazed at how fast they can get 'er done.

Employees are friendly and helpful every time we have been there. They took us right in and took care of us. We had a rear tire blowout on us while driving into town. They checked all of the tires and explained information to us. We needed replacement of all tires due to the age and condition of them. They let us know of the status of the work being done and answered our questions.

I required service a few weeks ago. The staff were very courteous and on top of their game. The expert tire and auto pros handled my problems with ease, and went even above and beyond their standards. They replaced rear shocks, ignition plugs, fuel system flush, exhaust hangers, and system diagnostics from the "check engine" light on our white ford f-150 ext cab. All in a very timely manner. I will always visit their store and do business with them.

They were able to get my vehicle in without an appointment. The service was quick and professional. The employees were also polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

Associate Téa Munoz was very patient and explained what information they needed and gave me a good estimate of wait time for my services, they were quick and professional.

I took my vehicle into have them hook it up to their machine to see what code it was throwing out. At the time, they weren't exactly sure what to tell me, so they said if it happened again, to bring it in. That is what I did. This time, they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost to correct the problem. They were great to work with.

Freire fly fast service

We to the store for brakes and tire repair. Everything went great except they closed early on Saturday and I didn't realize that so I went to pick up my car and it was locked up for the wknd. Not sure if they close at 3 or 4?

Both Brad and Zach were very helpful with getting some work done on a few vehicles for the organization I work for. There was also a small clerical error on the invoice that they gave me however Zach corrected right away and was able to get me the information I needed. Great customer service.

The product purchase was excellent, however the wait time to install 4 tires was way to long, I waited nearly 3 hours to have the tires installed even when I had an appointment.

The Roosevelt team is amazing the customer care really is great. Vaca is an excellent mechanic and Brad and Cole do an amazing job of communicating with us on what was needed to be serviced and how much it will cost. Thanks.
