The team at the Ballard Big O always take care of me like I am a Rock Star. They are always prompt and professional.

These guys tend to business. They're fast and efficient from the front desk to the shop. I never, never worry about any of our rigs when they take care. I don't or won't go any where else.

Owner/ Brad personally inflated tires and observed tread was getting close to the wear bar and explained it the very best that I have ever had . I now know how you watch for the tire close to the wear bar. I was treated fair and honest as tires I purchased didn't meet the warranty and I could have been dissatisfied and went somewhere else as tires were taken care of properly and didn't meet expectations when I purchased.

Brad was especially considerate of my concern relative to pricing. His response was professional and compassionate. It was a defining moment in my relationship with this Big O Store.

Excellant Service!: We come to Big O's often these days and they are always there to help, quickly and efficiently! We are always in and out and the guys there are wonderful! They are very friendly and welcoming, and really go above and beyond! They also make sure the tv shows are 'children appropriate' and are on top of it when we are there. I have 3 small children and we dont appreciate 'soap operas' etc. They usually make sure there is a cute cartoon or something educational on, it really makes the wait with the kids much easier! Thank you guys!

Fast service, familiar friendly faces, great communication

I came in two weeks ago with a flat from the book cliffs and the manager stayed after hours too help. I unfortunately got another flat two weeks later and they replaced my tire for free because of warranty. All with a smile and a handshake

I did not have an appointment scheduled. Brad was able to get me in that afternoon (I brought it in at 4:30 pm) and it was done the next morning by 8 am! They got it done extremely fast. Very pleased with the price of the alignment. Price was a little high for tire rotation but they did a great job with everything so I can’t complain. Great customer service, a technician opened the door for me when I arrived to pick up my truck.
