Big O Tires

John and his crew were awesome. I initially came in due to a nail. During the repair the tire was damaged. Instead of telling me something to cover it up John explained everything and said they'd make it right. Gave me a brand new replacement - no charge and offered a great deal. However, I declined. A day later I changed my mind and called back and John offered another great deal and I agreed. Telling my wife about the deal and she is an internet shopper found an unbelievable deal. I'll be honest I was hesitant about calling John to tell him we were going else where. He was not rude or even bothered and asked for details. He could have checked on the deal and found its truthfulness but he took my word. We finish the transaction and off I went. Lo and behold on the way to work the car vibrated at high speeds. I called John up and brought it in and went thru the car again and lucky me. It was a weight that came off one of the wheels. The amount of money saved, time and energy his team spent on my car and my safety is beyond great customer service. They've earned my business and when my daughter leaves for college I'm confident she's in great hands with Big O when there are car issues. I feel I can send my wife down there and they'll treat her with the same care. Thanks again John and the crew!!!

We recently brought our 2013 Mazda3 into this Big O location for 2 new tires. They also aligned the car and installed a new air filter. Upon leaving the store and driving the car we noticed that the car was pulling to the right. It had not done this prior to the work being done. I called the business and was told that the manager, Chris, was busy in a meeting. I provided my name and number and asked for a return call. Chris called me back within the hour and I explained the problem to him. His immediate response was that they would take care of the problem and he asked that we bring the car back in the following morning. We returned with the car and they got it right in and corrected the issue we were having. Thank you for your prompt, and speedy response and resolution to our problem.

I use them two times this month,great service both times.

I am a single mom who had been told by not one, but TWO different shops that my AC unit in my 15-passenger van was not worth fixing. However, I have a little girl with severe special needs and is in a wheelchair so her level of comfort is worth everything to me! John Rondeau (the manager) must have had the same sentiment because he was able to fit my van in that very morning. My van had been blowing nothing but hot air for months; nor did it work last season. Within a matter of hours, John called for me to come and pick it up. Three days later, it is still blowing ice cold air that fills the entire van, front to back! I can't begin to express my gratitude... John was more than personable, professional, knowledgeable, and the services were affordable! Being a single woman, walking into a shop full of strangers, relying on their expertise, and hoping that they can do something to make help my little family (considering other mechanics had told me there was no hope) is a tall order. I am so glad I did and have absolutely no intention of going elsewhere from here on out. John, thank you!!! Thank you so much for bringing comfort to my sweet little girl (and the rest of my family.)

Truck was having problems when we left Jackson Hole and limped into Ogden. The next morning we were given recommendations for mechanics. All were polite but too busy to take care of us even though we were traveling back to our home in So Ca. We pulled into big o. They found the problem, fixed it and we were on our way. Thank you Big O of Ogden.

I have been a returning customer for years. The people are very friendly and helpful, they seem to know what they are doing and they have very good prices.

This big o is the best I've ever been to and I will be coming here for many years to come! This store is managed by a guy named John and let me tell you. John is kind John understands life and he totally understands the best way to help no matter what you need. I have come to this big o for new tires for all new brakes and rotors for an alignment and for a flat. Each time it is made sure that I am 100% great with what they've done. Big o on wall saves my bacon all the time so I offered them a Christmas present but they just couldn't accept anything other than for me to share how I honestly feel about them. I love them. THIS IS THE PLACE! they are better than any other big o I've ever been to.

Eric did an excellent job on my motorhome and was extremely knowledgeable about motorhomes.He was also very courteous and polite.I would ask for Eric to work on my vehicles in the future.

There are times in peoples lives when everything seems to go wrong, when it rains it pours right? On a very long trip home to the family my car decided to break down in a town neither I or my husband have been to. We knew no one and were at a complete loss. My husband was able to somehow park the car in Big O Tires of Ogden. We had our dog and two bunnies along with all of our belongings in the car. The people here welcomed us in with open arms and treated us as well as our animals like family.I have never been treated so kindly by such humble people, It made the biggest difference to us and now thanks to them I am with my family.

They fixed the issue quickly and told me how to avoid a similar problem in the future.

I only take my vehicles to them and they have always exceeded my expectations.

OMG AWESOME!!!! (I'm 50 years old and don't use "OMG" Lightly) John, the manager answered my call at 4:15 and I jokingly asking to get an alignment for my Ford F-250 - which I knew couldn't happen because they close at five on saturdays. BOOM! To my astonishment he said "bring it by 4:30 and we'll have you out by 5." What????!!! I pulled my truck straight onto the lift at 4:31 and a technician was waiting for me and guided me in. WHAT??!!! I had just bought a set of used tires elsewhere and John was AMAZINGLY helpful in helping me understand the type and quality of the tires I bought. He said I made a great purchase, and gave me more information about the tires I purchased than the place I bought them from! I was out by 5pm, and it cost less than every other place I looked into. Thanks John!!!! This was (well, lets be real... as tires go) a well appreciated and AWESOME experience! I will refer you to all. - J.T.

I had some work done on my old tired Jeep Cherokee by Mark in Ogden on Wall ave and when I got it back it was working but not as well as I thought it should. I took it back down to Mark and the team and they went out of their way to find the problem and fix it. They are always friendly and helpful and I will continue to give them my business and will tell others about their service. Thank you for everything guys.
