Wyatt was so nice and knowledge about my Contenental tires over the phone, and when I met him his service was impecable. Even when after a few days I had gone to my car looked at my tires and freaked out thinking he sold me tires I didn't want, I called him he told me to bring the car back and he showed me what I had told him. Even that day he was kind to me. I felt so bad that I had doubted him due to my bad experiences here in Ogden from different merchants so I thought he had wronged me too. But I came back home and thought about how professional, kind, and honest he was to me and had to write this review. To thank him publically. I also called him and apoligized and thanked him for such good service. Big O on Wall Ave you were referred by my cousin. I just moved to Utah and need new tires so I came there. I'm glad I did. I will be back to purchase more tires from your location ad I'll ask for Wyatt cause he was so awesome!!!! I know dealing with the public isn't easy

I run a small business with 6 service trucks and keeping them on the road is very important to me. I scheduled the date, Anthony set a time and the truck was ready 2 hours earlier than expected. Thanks for the great service!!!

No comment did a great job

I went to jiffy lube for a simple oil change. As they were putting air in my tires I get called back to say one of my tires were flat. What jiffy lube didnt tell me was it was, it was at their fault. They broke my sensor in my tire. He sent me to Big O tires to get it fixed. Edgar was the person who greeted me and helped me, also informing me that it was in fact jiffy lubes fault. 80 bucks later I get everything handled. Head back to jiffy lube and was confirmed it was jiffys fault. Never going to jiffy again, but Big O tires from now on. Thank you Edgar for your help! You're amazing!

Had an ins claim and my car was brought to Big O. These guys didn't stop until my car was in perfect working order, I would Highly recommend!!!
