Big O Tires

Each time I've visited the store on 4th & Washington I have been very pleased with the service.

There are times in peoples lives when everything seems to go wrong, when it rains it pours right? On a very long trip home to the family my car decided to break down in a town neither I or my husband have been to. We knew no one and were at a complete loss. My husband was able to somehow park the car in Big O Tires of Ogden. We had our dog and two bunnies along with all of our belongings in the car. The people here welcomed us in with open arms and treated us as well as our animals like family.I have never been treated so kindly by such humble people, It made the biggest difference to us and now thanks to them I am with my family.

I had some work done on my old tired Jeep Cherokee by Mark in Ogden on Wall ave and when I got it back it was working but not as well as I thought it should. I took it back down to Mark and the team and they went out of their way to find the problem and fix it. They are always friendly and helpful and I will continue to give them my business and will tell others about their service. Thank you for everything guys.

Great to work with

Had an ins claim and my car was brought to Big O. These guys didn't stop until my car was in perfect working order, I would Highly recommend!!!

Our family moved into a new house on Friday, March 3, 2017. We borrowed a family member's truck and trailer to move our furnishings from the storage unit to our house. That morning, we ran over what we thought was a spark plug in the back tire of the truck and air was coming out of the tire slowly. We unhooked the trailer and drove to the nearest tire store to see if the tire could be repaired/replaced. The employee at Big O Tires was very friendly. He took the truck into the service garage and was able to repair the tire. He gave us the glow plug (that pierced the tire) as a souvenir. He didn't charge us for the repair even though he spent 30 minutes to fix it and the tires were not purchased at a Big O Tires store. We were pleasantly surprised and thankful that we weren't charged. I would definitely recommend others to come to this store to purchase their tires.

I decided to try the Ogden location a couple of years ago after a horrible experience at the Kaysville store to which I will never go back. From my first experience, John treated me very well and was always responsive to my concerns and needs. He was gone for a period of time and my experience remained mostly good until my last service. This week, I came back to resolve a serious issue with my last service and was prepared for a difficult experience but was pleasantly surprised that first, John was back and second, that I was listened to and taken seriously without having to get angry at all! I was treated with respect and the issue was resolved. I understand that mistakes happen, and with that level of service and responsiveness to fix them, I will keep coming back! Thank you for making what could have been a very negative experience a positive one!

I was following up on John's advice to transfer my snow tires as soon as snow stopped. I liked the advice when I bought my snow tires.
