They fixed the issue quickly and told me how to avoid a similar problem in the future.

They were very friendly and quick to help me. As well as inform me with other tire information and what was wrong with mine! Very pleased with their service.

OMG AWESOME!!!! (I'm 50 years old and don't use "OMG" Lightly) John, the manager answered my call at 4:15 and I jokingly asking to get an alignment for my Ford F-250 - which I knew couldn't happen because they close at five on saturdays. BOOM! To my astonishment he said "bring it by 4:30 and we'll have you out by 5." What????!!! I pulled my truck straight onto the lift at 4:31 and a technician was waiting for me and guided me in. WHAT??!!! I had just bought a set of used tires elsewhere and John was AMAZINGLY helpful in helping me understand the type and quality of the tires I bought. He said I made a great purchase, and gave me more information about the tires I purchased than the place I bought them from! I was out by 5pm, and it cost less than every other place I looked into. I decided to try the Ogden location a couple of years ago after a horrible experience at the Kaysville store to which I will never go back. From my first experience, John treated me very well and was always responsive to my concerns and needs. He was gone for a period of time and my experience remained mostly good until my last service. This week, I came back to resolve a serious issue with my last service and was prepared for a difficult experience but was pleasantly surprised that first, John was back and second, that I was listened to and taken seriously without having to get angry at all! I was treated with respect and the issue was resolved. I understand that mistakes happen, and with that level of service and responsiveness to fix them, I will keep coming back! Thank you for making what could have been a very negative experience a positive one!

John and his crew were awesome. I initially came in due to a nail. During the repair the tire was damaged. Instead of telling me something to cover it up John explained everything and said they'd make it right. Gave me a brand new replacement - no charge and offered a great deal. However, I declined. A day later I changed my mind and called back and John offered another great deal and I agreed. Telling my wife about the deal and she is an internet shopper found an unbelievable deal. I'll be honest I was hesitant about calling John to tell him we were going else where. He was not rude or even bothered and asked for details. He could have checked on the deal and found its truthfulness but he took my word. We finish the transaction and off I went. Lo and behold on the way to work the car vibrated at high speeds. I called John up and brought it in and went thru the car again and lucky me. It was a weight that came off one of the wheels. The amount of money saved, time and energy his team spent on my car and my safety is beyond great customer service. They've earned my business and when my daughter leaves for college I'm confident she's in great hands with Big O when there are car issues. I feel I can send my wife down there and they'll treat her with the same care. Thanks again John and the crew!!!

We were traveling back to Kansas and had a scary experience with my Jeep Wrangler. We stopped in Ogden to visit friends and they recommend we go to Big O. I called Chad and told him the tires that I wanted. They overnighted them in and got us and my Jeep back on the road. After explaining to Chad the problem that we experienced, he personally got under my Jeep to check it out and had the technician do a thorough check. We made it home safe and sound. Thanks Chad! We really appreciate everything.

They did a great job and I felt that I was important customer.

Went for safety ins,needed ball joints so i replaced them myself . Unlike most places even though they didnt do the work they were great and did a great job on the four wheel alignment when i was done. The price was great.

Eric did an excellent job on my motorhome and was extremely knowledgeable about motorhomes.He was also very courteous and polite.I would ask for Eric to work on my vehicles in the future.
