Very friendly associates. Easy to schedule an appointment online and get clear and accurate pricing. Even though it took a little longer than expected to get my tires done the associates kept me updated on the timeline

I like having my car serviced at Big O'Tires because they do a great job and they stand behind their work.

I scheduled appointment online, the tires I had ordered unfortunately were not in stock, however the associate contacted me asap informed me he could have them ordered and here later that afternoon. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and even better the cost was way better than I anticipated. The friendliness of the staff, the communication, my overall experience I will most certainly be back!!

Korey Gittins was fantastic. He called and communicated with me from me setting up my appointment online. He ordered in the tires and the arrived in a day. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate his responsiveness and his communication.

In and out for a LOF in less than 30 min from the time I walked in the door (more like about 20).

I've continued to come back to Big O, whenever my truck has an issue. The employees have always been helpful in helping me get what I need without breaking the bank. Because of that I trust their judgement when it comes to more expensive issues, since they had already helped me with the small stuff.

They precisely explained everything to me and even called me when things changed. This was super comforting to me to know they knew what they were doing.
