Big O Tires

Big O has been our go to for years now. We love going here. They are honest and do great work. Since the pandemic they have gotten super busy, so plan ahead and go early if possible, and schedule.

I didn't even have an appointment scheduled, and although I had no problem scheduling it for a future day, they went ahead and just took my car! They got working on it shortly after I got there. I had a question while I was waiting and they answered it and offered to check the TPMS as well. They had shows to watch, wifi to use, and things to read while waiting. Overall super great experience!

Kory was awesome he called to confirm my online appointment. And after clarifying the load range I needed he only had 4 available. However I had a hour and half drive to get to the shop he was able to request a 5 tire from his neighbor big 0 shop so wouldn’t have had to return another day. Thanks for bending over backwards to gain my business.

Sam was very helpful with deciding on which tires to purchase for my wifes Rav4. I ended up with Michelin tires and was able to get great rebates with great tires. Very satisfied with the whole process

They work with me on what needs done and ask before work is being offered and done before they go in to repair or whatever

Love the drop off box. We had a flat late at night - so great to be able to leave the vehicle and know it would be safe and serviced the next day.
