Hands down the best store in cache valley! I highly recommend talking to a gentleman named Corey at the North Branch does everything he can to get you what you need and what you're looking for at an affordable price. All in all best customer service for a tire store I've ever been to. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and very helpful as well.

Every time I’ve needed assistance, they are readily available to help! They are honest and I’ve never had any problems at all! I recommend them to anyone looking for a truthful diagnosis and fix!

I appreciate how willing Korey was to explain things until I fully understood. I didn’t feel like he was trying to rush me through or that it was silly that it took a bit for me to understand. I always get so anxious about car things and he was so patient and kind. I’ve typically gone to jiffy lube because it’s closer to wear I live but the experience here was far superior and I will be choosing big o in the future.

I was greeted warmly and my car was taken care of to my expectations. There was quite a wait that I es not told about but after a while I was given a free oil change for my trouble. I really appreciate being treated like a person. I will be coming back often to this location.

It took under 15 min to change out my tires. I have had this service done the past 3 years on this same car at other places. This is by far the fastest time.

Big O has always taken great care of us! I go there for any service I can that I need and they provide before looking at other mechanics. The bathrooms are a little dirty and could use some help but other than that there is no one I would trust more.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted I walked in on Friday December 8th 2023. & did not had my tires on stock. But the gentleman man helped me order the tires so it could me in by Saturday December 9th. As soon the tires had arrived on Saturday morning they called me to follow up to come in. As soon I arrived by the 2nd time I was greeted even though they were still busy with a customer. I arrived @ 10am and my vehicle was out at 1pm. I came to buy snow tires, replacement of rim sensors and alignment. I paid using Snap Financing 1st time using that service to pay off in small payments. I was fast and easy I got approved for $1,380.00 and that was exactly my total!!! I’m so happy that these kind of service exists. Anyways going to Big O Tire - East Colfax Ave #6228 Has EXCELLENT service! Everyone so friendly and professional. The older men working there asked me to translate for him. Because a Hispanic men walk in without able to communicate in English. I was happy to help. If you ever read these kinda comments. Get a hold of me when ever you need a translator :)
