Hands down the best store in cache valley! I highly recommend talking to a gentleman named Corey at the North Branch does everything he can to get you what you need and what you're looking for at an affordable price. All in all best customer service for a tire store I've ever been to. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and very helpful as well.

Fast service and great customer care

I was greeted warmly and my car was taken care of to my expectations. There was quite a wait that I es not told about but after a while I was given a free oil change for my trouble. I really appreciate being treated like a person. I will be coming back often to this location.

Every time I’ve needed assistance, they are readily available to help! They are honest and I’ve never had any problems at all! I recommend them to anyone looking for a truthful diagnosis and fix!

More then willing to help great people but I've been in 4 times and still can't get the tire fixed

I appreciate how willing Korey was to explain things until I fully understood. I didn’t feel like he was trying to rush me through or that it was silly that it took a bit for me to understand. I always get so anxious about car things and he was so patient and kind. I’ve typically gone to jiffy lube because it’s closer to wear I live but the experience here was far superior and I will be choosing big o in the future.

North Logan Big O Tires/Corey went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met with my recent service. Most places would not have accommodated me as it required extra work and they were super busy. Thank you for always giving a personal touch to your service. Highly recommend these guys!

Big O got just what i needed earlier than thought they could. Skyler was the young man that i dealt with most of time. And kudos too him. Got what i wanted done. Closest was 700 more and tryed to talk me into stuff i didnt want. Way to go Big O. Thank you Skyler and crew

It took under 15 min to change out my tires. I have had this service done the past 3 years on this same car at other places. This is by far the fastest time.

Big O has always taken great care of us! I go there for any service I can that I need and they provide before looking at other mechanics. The bathrooms are a little dirty and could use some help but other than that there is no one I would trust more.

They were great! The service took waaay less an amount of time than I expected and they had a 1.5 hour job done in 20 minutes!
