Great customer service (Kelli) Got me right in and out

We take all our cars to Big O of Murray and the customer service never fails to impress me. They make sure to address any concerns we have as well as looking out for anything that could be a concern that we hadn't been aware of before. Ismael Reyes does a phenomenal job at managing the shop and team. The work is always done right and we never have to come back for rework.

The staff at this location (Murray) were fabulous. Kelly especially took great care of me. I was in and out and able to get on my way to the zoo with my daughter. Thanks guys!

The process was easy, the service was great and the product I received was excellent.

I had three opinions through the Jerry seiner " rip off,lieing, over priced ,service centers ""and three different out cones costing 79$ an opinion.. Not Big o, iv had dead batteries,flat tires, leakes, I even hat a ride, coke ,and one time a gallon of wiper fluid.. These guys are the most profesiobal,respectful,acomodating, bunch, iv meet, I send everyone to this shop...10 stars..

I was met at the door and welcomed by Raul. The service took about 40 minutes. Overall the process was very efficient and the service was efficient as usual

I was on my way to a family meeting with my disabled, elderly mother with me. As I was about to get on the freeway, the light came on telling me I had low tire pressure so I quickly pulled into the closest Big O store to have my tires checked.My mother is in ill health and does not have much stamina, so I was worried that the wait to fix my tire would take so long that she would not be able to make it to our family meeting.When I explained my situation to the staff, they bent over backwards to fix my tire and get us on the road as quickly as possible.Abe fixed the tire in record speed and even cleaned my rims.This attention and care is why I go to Big O!

I caught a nail in my driver's side rear tire driving down the freeway and got a flat. After putting on the spare tire I popped into Big-O where Ishmael told me he could fit me in to repair my flat tire. Within no time I was back on the road again with my tire repaired and the spare stowed away for me. I'm a believer in Big-O!

This is the best store! The employees are so nice, knowledgeable, and attentive! I really trust them with my car needs.Great customer service! The best!

The service representative did a perfect job. She was professional and friendly. The work was done quickly and so far as I can tell corrected the issue. The cost of the repair was excellent, and I am very satisfied with the service overall. I will return for future tires and service.

I go to this Big-O shop for all of my car maintenance. These guys always do a great job and take such great care of my vehicle and always give me great deals. Everyone there is always so great to work with.
