Russ was awesome! When my husband made the appointment for me to bring in my mom’s car. He told me the cost would be $475 for four tires. We also opted for tire alignment. The total came to a bit over $700, which was higher than I expected. I didn’t question the total. I realize I should have asked for a breakdown. I know Russ would have explained. Regardless, we are very happy wit mom’s new tires and the service provided .

The service was impeccable, all of the employees were very helpful and kind. And I didn't feel pressured into anything, and they did a great job at explaining what was found during my service and what needed to be done to remedy the issues.

Russ was an absolute delight to work with. He explained the different options for tires and walked me through it. When I got to the shop he showed me the tires and explained why the product I was purchasing made the most sense. He went the extra mile and showed me a few things relevant to my vehicle.

This is my favorite tire shop, always do an amazing job!
