Big O Tires

I have been going to the Murray, UT shop for years now. Danny, Colton, and Kelly are top-notch people. Whether it's been to buy new tires, get an oil change, or buy new struts, I've always felt an air of professionalism, knowledge, and...well they are down to earth good people. I would have a very hard time taking my Lexus anywhere else.

I have a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan with over 250,000 miles on it. Colton always goes above and beyond to make sure my van is running and is safe for my family. We have had pretty much every part replaced on the van by Big O. I always feel confident in the work they do and the integrity of the business. I will continue to call them use their services for my old van and in the future with whatever vehicle I might own.

I had a tire that was leaking air. I brought it in and they were able to fix it fast and get me back on the road. I have bought all of my tires here and will continue to do so because of the great customer service that I get.

Dropped in, they were extremely busy but they hurried to make sure I was taken care of.

I was pretty prepared with what I expected when getting my new tires. I paid more than planned but my car needed alignment after the tires were replaced. I was treated with respect and friendliness by the employees.

I always choose Big O. They always work with me so well. Growing up, my dad always chose Big O because of their great service, and I have had the same experience. At least twice in the last year, I have taken my vehicle in, and when I got my key back and prepared to pay, they told me it was on the house. They are always so good for me to work with.

I have gone to this Big O in Murray for years and can't imagine getting better service anywhere else. They all know me as I drive a lot to/from work and need frequent oil changes. I would thank all their staff by name but am sure I'd forget someone. They have always explained things to me until I "get it" and they do everything they can to save me money on oil changes, tires, etc. Things that get me to their Murray shop when I live in Salt Lake City and work in Provo.

They were very desciptive of the process, friendly staff, clear expectation on price, and conveniently located. I've gone there before and because of the continued positive experiences, I plan to continue to return.

I came in for a Christmas gift card for my nephew and they helped me make one out. Chistmas am my nephew was "excited" and wanted to get rims for his mustang! Thank you!! Big O Tired and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Russel at this location was super helpful from choosing tires and scheduling appointment over the phone to the customer service at the actual location. He had checked and prepared the tires before my appointment to make sure things would go smoothly. I had given the wrong tire size though but Russel was still very helpful and was able to get me another set of tires of the right size. The whole experience, despite my mistake, was very smooth and friendly and professional
