Big O Tires

I use Big-O at this location for all my auto service needs.They are chesper than the dealerships and do very good work.I have been quite satisfied.

The service associate, Russ, knows my 2012 Jeep very well. The thermostat replacement was straightforward and was performed well.

I had both front and back rotors and brakes replaced. Trustworthy team and well done job. I highly recommend them!

So I went to the big o tires in Sandy and didn’t have the best experience so when I needed a tire repair I drove to Murray because I always get such great service thank you Murray big o

The salesman (the store manager) knew exactly what I needed and was very friendly. I always buy my tires at Big-O and will continue to do so.

I called day before to make an appointment and was told no problem. When I came in I was recognized immediately and asked if was going to wait. I had a ride and asked for a time frame to pick it up. It fit my schedule perfectly and I received a call that my car was done right on time. I've been going to this Big O for decades and have always received excellent customer service and honest diagnoses whatever my issues were. The service done on my vehicles is excellent too. Ishmael and Alyse makes me feel welcome when ever I come in as is other service writers that have moved on from this location. I feel like I'm visiting old friends.

Russel was amazing. He was honest and kind and made the situation I was was in an easy fix.

I went in for a cabin filter, the check engine light was on. They diagnosed the problem and patiently explained the problem, found the best price fir the part. They're great!

When I first called they said they didn't have the tire I needed. Then, when I made the reservation online, it said you did have it at another location, and it was later confirmed by phone. Other than that, great service.
