Big O Tires

After failing to fulfill their end of a warranty issue, I purchased 4 new tires and wheels, albeit at a discounted rate, still, I had no choice, Kelli was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable, but the shop took 3.5 hours to mount, balance and install said tires, and I left with mismatched lugs and no caps. I was told I would have the caps and lugs the following Wednesday, still nothing.

Even though under construction, Big O staff was courteous and helpful. This Murray store is one of my favorite locations. Other stores are closer, but I really trust these guys.

I was made to come back three times. the price i had to pay was over the price that was quoted. I won't recomend this store to anyone.

Colton helped me out a ton with our Lexus! We had to have it towed in with a surprise elctrical failure. They fixed the problem in less time than we expected and really helped us get back in action due to having another car in the shop for a routine checkup! Awesome team!

You can imagine my surprise when I receive the scrapes on the passenger front bumper and also my second surprise was when I was leaving town on I 80 and found my hood was not latched good thing nothing happened or you to have a lawsuit on your hands. And if it wasn't for your tech tightening my drain valve so tight I could've had a $25 oil change at Walmart instead you guys had to break it loose so that I could have a $45 oil change that I didn't want to pay for Sent from my iPhone

I came in just to fix a flat. They were not able to fix my flat but did put my spare on. However they broke the trunk on my car and it would not close when I left, it was not broken when I came in. They did not take responsibility for breaking my trunk and I can not drive around with my trunk flying up. Manager was very rude to me because he knew they were responsible and I had always come here to this location because the actual mechanics are great but after this last time leaving worse then I walked in I will never be back again. Find a different location, because they will not be careful with your car or take responsibility if something happens while in their care. Poor customer service and Now I have a new expense in addition to the tire replacement. Thanks BIG O TIRES!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this location. Alberto is always so helpful and kind, he is honest and prompt and I don't ever feel pressured into anything I don't want to do. He is also patient enough to look into things and gather quotes for me, and explain things to me when I don't understand.

Exceptional as always. I live in PC but the Murray location is my go to even if others are closer.

I'm always coming back to this location Danny and Alberto and entire stuff is great to work with. I have few locations around my house but I chose to drive all the way to Murray because of the service you guys provide. I recommend this store to everyone
