i had a tire blowout last week, so i found the nearest Big O Tire shop. They had to bring in the tire i needed. It came and they finished the job as promised. The manager kept updating me and was very good to deal with

Needed an oil change and was pleasantly surprised at all Big O offers. Didn't even realize they did oil changes until a trusted friend highly recommended them.

I'm so happy I came to this location. They were busy on Saturday of memorial weekend so I came back on Monday. The customer service was amazing and I felt no pressure what so ever. Will definitely come back.

Just great customer service and work done on car

I love this Big O location. Every single time I have used them, I have been happy with their service. This last time, and a few other times, I have taken my car in to get looked at and they haven't charged me. They just give me the key and say, this is on us. I always try and use this Big O (4745 State Street, Murray, UT 84107) whenever I can. Even though I have moved away from the Murray area, I still make the drive to this shop when I can.

Very friendly staff. they communicated well and I felt like they understood the customer relationship very well.

I was a walk-in with a flat tire, found out within 10 minutes that it was on the side wall. We went to pick up the spare, which was also flat. They filled it up, brought the car back and had 4 new tires put on. Everything was done in a very timely matter. Done, and out the door within 1 hour.

I have been using Big "O" Tires for many years and have found them to be an excellent value for tire service.

Making an appointment online was easy. Dropping off the car was easy, fast and friendly. Picking up the car was also fast and friendly.

Great service here, I was in and out with a new tire and alignment in under an hour.

Russell called me two minutes after I scheduled and confirmed the appointment. He then met me when I walked in, clearly explained prices and services and was extremely in friendly and knowledgeable in the process.
