Big O Tires

By far the best tire puchase experience I have ever had. The staff explained everything to me and were very considerate of my needs. They also helped me stick to my budget while still getting an excellent tire for my car.

Clear prices, listened to me, understood what I wanted and found a small oil leak and fixed for free.

If you buy your tires there, they rotate and fix flats for free - this was a quick low tire pressure check. 30 minutes in and out. I trust these guys to do what is necessary and not overcharge for stuff you don't need. Not the lest expensive but the honesty is worth paying for sometimes in a car repair place.

Very friendly staff and problem was fixed quickly. Not intimidating- which some car places are.

We were so happy to find BigO still open at 5:45 in Lehi, as we had a tire problem on the freeway and even though it was nearly time to close they helped us get the tire fixed.

Estimate from another company said I needed new brakes. Took it to Big O and they said I still had 75% of pads still left. Saved hundreds of dollars!

I have to give a HIGH FIVE to the gentleman that helped me. Chet made a very very frustrating experience better. He helped me on my first trip in, 6/29 I believe to the Lehi store. I also spoke to him on my last visit in. On a side note I had called and talked to the owner, Ryan or Bryan, at the American Fork store, and he was AWFUL. Extremely rude and claimed things he had no record of. Did no research on my issue and wanted to brush me off. TERRIBLE. I will NEVER take my car there and will tell anyone I can to avoid his shop.

I had an appointment at 11 for new tires and an alignment. Had to drop car off early at 9. They called about 45 minutes later and said it was already done. Incredibly fast and efficient. Everyone was super friendly! Exceeded in every way possible :)

Always treats me well. Got new Big Foot tires for my RAM truck. (Does extras--rotated the tires and greased the zerks on my fifth-wheel.) Workable on pricing. Efficient and quick.
