I always have a good experience at Big O. Especially this one located in Lehi, UT. The staff is very knowledgeable and are good communicators.

We pulled in with a flat tire at 5:00pm. After being looked at Chet advised us that we needed new tires. We had bought tires at NTB in Texas 18 months ago and Chet explained that they gave us summer tires and they weren’t functioning well in the snow now that we are back in Utah. Chet was very kind and concerned about us because this is our only vehicle. The parts came the next morning and he called us by 9:30 am and said the car was ready. We appreciate him so much❗️

I always went to Jiffy Lube for oil changes and such, but jeez..I'm always going to go to this chain from now on. Not only was the customer services impeccable, but there was no selling me on anything and it was quick and easy :) 10/10 would recommend

I was on my way to a funeral in Southern Utah when I hit a pothole on the freeway destroying my tire. Found this store who started working on it even before they opened. When it became apparent that my tire was un fixable and a new tire would have to be ordered, I was upset that I would not make it to the funeral. The manager seeing I was upset offered to lend me a car! I took him up on his very generous offer and made it to the funeral returning Several hours later to find my car fixed. I want to thank this store manager for his compassion, going way above what was required. Someone who puts kindness above business should be commended. Thank you so much.

You guys treat me well when I come in for a service. The techs are good and knowledgeable, and are pretty quick.
