Our visit was a result of a shredded tire my son caused the night before on his way to work, by driving on it a couple of miles after it went flat. They quickly fixed us up with a new tire, and we were able to get on with what we needed to do that day.

I have 3 cars that I bring in from time to time for service.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had getting tires despite them not having the tires I originally wanted. I was given satisfactory alternatives that worked for me. The greatest part however was the fact that they installed the tires and changed the oil in 25 minutes. I typically wait longer than that for an oil change alone. I felt like I was given 2 hours of my day back because any other time I’ve purchased tires it took 2 plus hours to install them.

Professional, competent, priced very very fairly, honor their tire warranties, do tire repair immediately and inexpensively, very friendly, very knowledgeable, I trust them, they are always my first choice, have used them for 20 years.

My problems were resolved respectfully.

Chet took a negative situation into a positive one. I pre-ordered tires, but was canceled, and one told me. Also, Dalton told me I had to purchase tire insurance in order to get the black Friday deal of buy 2 tires and get one free. Found out later that wasn't true. When I called, Chet dug into the situation and recommended better tires and gave me a great deal on them, even though the shop would make very little profit. I was impressed with Chet and said I would add an alignment so shop could make a little revenue off purchase. However, when they checked it, the alignment was good and so nothing to fix. Chet was kind, understanding, helpful, and professional. He found a way to solve my problem by working with me not against me. I never do these surveys, but wanted to call out Chet by name so hopefully, he can be recognized in some way by whoever is reading this.

Chet was awesome. Oil change, tire rotate, new brakes and rotors, and only had to wait an hour while the work was done. I appreciate friendly and honest service and I get this at Big O in Lehi.

The employees were kind and knowledgeable. Place was clean, Seemed to be quick getting tire’s done.
