Chad and Eric were Very helpful and Big O was less expensive than others

They answered my questions both in person and follow upsater on the phone leading up to scheduling an appointment. They got me in and out quicker than the time they anticipated...this location ALWAYS does. They are kind and courteous. And my car ways drives away great.y only complaint is how strongly of rubber tires it smells in the lobby, lol, but that's the nature of the place. Maybe an air freshener could help with that.

I was treated kindly by every employee that I came in contact with. Every thing was explained to me. After the tires were on and the oil was changed, I asked about getting my battery checked which Ryan kindly did.

Professional, competent, priced very very fairly, honor their tire warranties, do tire repair immediately and inexpensively, very friendly, very knowledgeable, I trust them, they are always my first choice, have used them for 20 years.

I felt valued and cared for the minute I walked through the door. My concern about the "check the engine" light suddenly coming on, was check and a solution was explained. Because the problem ws out of their area of expertise, the kind man helping me suggested where I could take my car, and didn't charge me for checking it. I was deeply impressed with his service and help.

The associate was AMAZING! He took the time to ask why I was coming in and then didn't try and sell me extra services. He treated me like a family member. Seriously the best service I've had at any automotive center.

Great service but they just didn't talk prices with us at all

Chet was awesome. Oil change, tire rotate, new brakes and rotors, and only had to wait an hour while the work was done. I appreciate friendly and honest service and I get this at Big O in Lehi.

Our visit was a result of a shredded tire my son caused the night before on his way to work, by driving on it a couple of miles after it went flat. They quickly fixed us up with a new tire, and we were able to get on with what we needed to do that day.
