I had such a great experience here! I am very pleased. The guy at the front went out of his way to help make sure I got everything I needed. The techs fixed a nail in my tire for free while doing the alignment. The mechanic tested things twice for me to insure it was right and I actually got to talk to him about everything when he was done. I will always be back. Thanks

It was just a lovely experience in general. I drove up with my car and gave you guys the keys and said "my passenger back tire is leaking" and you guys took my car right back and fixed it, showed me the screw, and I went along my merry way :)

My truck threw an error code for the coolant system when I went to get my safety and emissions done for vehicle registration at a check center. They told me it was probably a cracked thermostat and to take the code to a mechanic and they could fix it. I dropped by the closest mechanic and they said they couldn't tell me what it was and that they would have to run a $70 diagnostic in order to find that out and then the repair cost would be on top of that. They also wouldn't give me any kind of quote because "they didn't know what the problem was." I called Lynn at Big O and he also thought the most likely problem was the thermostat and said they would check it out for free to make sure and gave me a initial quote of what it would likely cost, as well as the cost of the next thing it could be, if it wasn't the thermostat. After checking it out and confirming the issue, thermostat broken into 3 parts, Lynn called back explained what they found, confirmed the initial quote and then had his team do the repair. Lynn and his team have always been open and honest about the work they do, generous with their knowledge and expertise, and courteous in the way they communicate.

The service man, Ryan Condor, always makes me feel welcome and helps me with all my needs. He is very efficient and because no service man was available, (I had gone in at lunch time) he changed the non-working light bulb out for a new light. I was very appreciative for his attentiveness and efficiency. I had not told him that I needed to be back in Saratoga Springs in an hour, but my car was completed and ready to go in 45 minutes. I've always bought my tires from Big O but I purchased this used car about a year ago and it has not needed new tires yet so I don't have Big O tires on at this time. I had a slow leak around the rim of the tire which they fixed. I thought I would be paying the standard fee but they just gave me my keys and said no charge this time. Thank you so much! I really needed a break at the time.

Ryan is efficient considerate, helpful and explains things so I can understand. Because of this one man, I feel completely confident and cared for at the Lehi Big O. He is so fantastic to help me with all my car problems.

A few months back I had an issue with one tire from a set of 4.I wasn't ready at the time to buy a new set, so I asked if that tire could last a few more months.Rodney didn't feel comfortable with that and found a used tire I could use to get by.I expected to pay something for that (mounting, etc), but he didn't not charge me saying he hoped when I was ready for a new set, I'd consider them.I certainly did and got a new set of tires about a month ago.I appreciated the understanding attitude and the "no pressure" approach.That's why I keep coming back.

Great speed, great price, honest and dependable service

The associate was friendly, chatty, and interested in my thoughts. He wasn't just looking to move on to the next person or task. I felt valued and a part of the process. The waiting area was fine. I was amazed at how many cars they were able to get in the shop to work on. They seemed to have a well organized routine.

I've been going to American Fork Big "O" Tires for over 4 years now. Take all of our vehicles there (5 of them). Took the one I drive in a couple days ago, right front tire (which I did NOT buy from them came with the SUV) because it wouldn't hold air. They took it off, found a nail, fixed it, put it back on. Works great. How much? NOTHING. They didn't charge me for the work. I don't know how they make money. They're always very reasonable in costs.

I ordered parts for my custom wheels from Rodney at the Lehi location. He called me when they arrived and the price was right. Great value. Great service.
