Big O Tires

I went in for a rotation and process was started by taking off tires, then he went to talk to a car that pulled up. After 20 minutes he went back to it and then walked away. Long story short it took an hour and a half to rotate my tires. Last time I had my tire inflation light come in when I got in vehicle. All four tires were at different PSI ratings, I will choose another big-o next time and will not buy from them again.

I brought my truck in because the tire light had come on and I wanted to have them add air if it was needed. I waited half an hour at the store and the technician came back and said they had checked all four tires and I had sufficient air pressure in all of them. They told me there must be something wrong with my tire pressure monitoring system and sent me on my way. Once I got home I realized the technician had said they checked "all four tires" therefore I crawled under my truck checked the spare tire and found that there was only 25 pounds of pressure in it. Once I aired up the tire the tire light turned off.

Chet was awesome. Oil change, tire rotate, new brakes and rotors, and only had to wait an hour while the work was done. I appreciate friendly and honest service and I get this at Big O in Lehi.

By far the best tire puchase experience I have ever had. The staff explained everything to me and were very considerate of my needs. They also helped me stick to my budget while still getting an excellent tire for my car.
