Big O Tires

I've come here a two times now and each time I've come I've been told 45 minutes to get my tires rotated. Both time it has been well over an hour, even approached two hours. I understand stuff sometimes doesn't go as planned but more than double the amount of time is a little absurd. Also when you look out the window and the employees are standing around looking at one person's phone as your car sits there it's no wonder why it takes so long. Sure they're friendly but I'll never have anything done there unless I can drop off my vehicle and come back later. I can't afford to waste 2 hours to get my tires rotated.

Everyone in the shop is so nice and friendly. They always get me in and out as quickly as possible. They are excellent at communicating any issues and helpful in selecting the appropriate solution so my car is functioning at it's best.

I came into the store because I had a tire with a slow leak. They noticed when they looked up my car that I have had 4 of my 5 cars in there for service. When done with the repair they asked me if the tires on the car were from Big O and I told them they were not. (2 of my other vehicles do have big o tires) They then charged me $16 plus dollars for the flat repair. I know for a fact that many places offer free flat repair or the have coupons. I don't have a problem getting charged some but to me that is way too much for a flat repair especially considering how much business I have already done and that many times it is free. I did appreciate the quick in and out although when I looked in the shop several men were just standing around with nothing to do so it was easy to get me in and out. Big negative impact. Makes me feel like not returning.

Another excellent experience at Big-O Tires in Lehi. It was my wife's first time taking her car there (my car has been there twice). She has always been skeptical of car repair shops. She took her car in with a damaged rim and needing two front tires. They had the car in and out of the bay in no time. She commented to me that the staff at Big-O were very honest with the needed repairs, and didn't try to up-sell her on anything. And instead of selling her a new rim, they just repaired the existing one, saving us money. Thank you Big-O Tires in Lehi for your continued excellent service and honest work.

I went in for an alignment ... my son picked up the truck and less than a mile out the tires began to fall off.Called and they came and tightened up the bolts on the side of the freeway.Ball joints were not greeted had to go back again to get freezes. Truck stills pulls to one side and it seems like tires are still wearing on outside.Took the truck back the third time to let them know and the basicly said it was fine and they were rude about it.

We have Big O tires on all of our family vehicles and they are always quick and friendly when I come it. They let me know of any concerns with very little pressure. I also appreciate that they are willing to work with me on prices when I have a competitor's coupon. It is so much more convenient to do an oil change and tire rotation in one stop.

I went there to get emissions done and their device broke. And on top of that I asked if they could reset my low tire pressure light and they didnt do that either. They said they would. So yeah...... go somewhere else

Went in for a state inspection and emissions test. Boy was I impressed with how fast and efficient the crew was there.

I went in today to get an alignment. I had $155 in my account til my next check. After the alignment that cost $103 and driving my car NOT ONLY IS IT NOT ALIGNED but it pulls to the left instead of the right!!! I now have ONLY $50 to last me 2 weeks til my next check and my car was not even fucking fixed!!! Never going to Big O'tires again!!!!!! They clearly don't know how to align a car and like to charge people $100 for shitty service.

My wife actually brought my car in last Friday to have a visible nail removed from my driver side rear tire. I noticed this past Sunday the nail was still in there and they charged her $16. Not sure for what I was charged then. This is very disappointing to me

My local Big O Tires guys are friendly. They are great to work with and remember me or my family when we come in. I would rather go to Big O than any where else.

Took my car in for an alignment where the front tires had been wearing on the outside, after the alignment within less than 2 months they wore bald on the inside and outside Took it to a more reputable place recommended by a friend and it was half the cost, then had to buy new tires!

I have them patch a hole in my tire. After that I had to put air in my tire every three days and I just assumed they needed to redo the patch.I took it back to be repaired and they told me my bead won't hold air.The tire was fine before I took it to them. I think the damaged the bead.

This is my third time in a row with a bad experience here and not only will I not bring this vehicle here again, I will not be buying tires for my other vehicle from any Big-O location.I wish I had not bought this set from you.

They were quick to do my tire rotation, and gave me an honest assessment of my brakes(they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need).

Usually I have been pretty happy with the work done at this store. The customer service hasn't been as good but the work and products seem to be quality. Thia last time was different. Brought my truck in to have the brakes done and got it home and it was pulling hard to the left. Brought it back and was then told it needed more parts. So paid for the change. Drove it home and still pulls to the left. Disappointed with the work and the customer service. No apology or urgency to make sure it was right. Just told "we will take a look".
