Always great Service and People that treat you with respect. They took care of my vehicle quickly. Would highly recommend them for any service need.

I had a complete blow out tire coming home late at night ended up having to tow it after hours fighting the spare. They were super kind and respectful after a sleepless night and helped us get it sorted. 4 new tires later they let us leave it in the parking lot for a couple of days while we figured out how to pay it.

Chet is always very helpful and works to make sure that when you walk out the door at Big-O that you leaving knowing that your vehicle is well maintained and safe to drive. That brings a lot of peace of mind.

I dropped my car off on a Sunday afternoon with two flat tires via a tow truck. I left the keys in an envelope with my contact info and instructions on it in the drop box. Monday morning I had a voicemail from about 930am with a cost estimate for replacing the tires. The tires I needed had to be ordered, but they were delivered the following day and I got a call around 11am that the car was ready. I was able to call in a credit card pcked the car Tuesday afternoon. there was no hassle or delay and the staff I worked with, Chet?, was knowledgeable and professional. He provided solutions rather than just problems. I am always pleased by my experiences with Big O Tires and this was no exception.

I was on my way to a funeral in Southern Utah when I hit a pothole on the freeway destroying my tire. Found this store who started working on it even before they opened. When it became apparent that my tire was un fixable and a new tire would have to be ordered, I was upset that I would not make it to the funeral. The manager seeing I was upset offered to lend me a car! I took him up on his very generous offer and made it to the funeral returning Several hours later to find my car fixed. I want to thank this store manager for his compassion, going way above what was required. Someone who puts kindness above business should be commended. Thank you so much.
