Quick and kind service today

Scheduling was quick, they got my truck in as soon as I pulled up to Bug O. They had the new tires on exactly the time they promised. Great quality tire and honest folks at Price Big O!

We noticed a bald tire on our trailer and I called Devin Tharp and he verified that he had the size of tires that we required and made us an appointment for that afternoon and got us in and out within an hour.

The service was fine. I was just disappointed that my 45,000 mile tires only lasted less than 20,000 so I had to spend money to get different tires put on. They did give me a credit and help out but I was frustrated my tires didn't last as long as promised...

The friendliness of the Employees. They truly care and searched multiple options. Estimated time to complete the vehicle was spot on.

Only Reason I didn't give 5 stars, I had a 9 o'clock appointment, got there at 8:30. They were not done with the car until 12:30. Mount & Balance 4 tires plus alignment should take less than 4 hours...

Alan and his team are great guys. A pleasure to do business with and is always my first call when we dont have a certain tire size in stock to take care of our customer.

The people were very friendly and informative. I would recommend anyone to go there. The gentleman meet me right when i parked my car and asked what i need help with; which i never had any service technician do.

Travelling from Colorado to Utah when engine components were destroyed in a deer strike. Time was of the essence to keep moving and this shop replaced the components in two days. My thanks to Alan and Bronson for the excellent service.

Poor rating. I felt that the price was pretty high. That being said it took a long wait they had a had a hard time getting my filter. I had specifically asked several times to have the air set in my tires to what the owners manual states. They said they had. When I got my Cadillac back. I found that the stereo was messed with & radio was changed to hip hop. The technician should have not touched that all. Also I checked the tire pressure was wrong. Never got that right.

Very nice staff tire wouldn't be here for a couple of days but was finished as soon as it got here. Vwry nice price for tires
