Big O Tires

Changed out summer to winter tires. Dropped me off at work and picked me up after the work was done.

I was extremely satisfied everything was done to my liking the only thing to complain about is they could not align my tires because I have a mini Cooper clubman

I was heading through Price and my tire was ready to explode. Stoped in to get a quote and Allan was great. He got me a set of tire for a price I could afford. Thanks BigO.

Every time I have a emergency and stop in there they take care of me right away and get me back on the road as soon as possible. I was between cities in the middle of nowhere and did not have a key for my wheels to change outa blown tire. Keith came to help me after hours and got me on the road again to see my first grandson in Texas.

Scott kept me informed on what was going on with my car at every step until it was finished and Cade the mechanic did a wonderful job.

My son came out of work and his tire was flat. He got his vehicle to the shop and they got it right in and had it fixed within 40 minutes. I'm very satisfied with the service of Big O. We always go there because they have the best service.

Only complaint I have is employee gets grease on header every time I have something done to car. It would be great if employee wouldn’t wear a dirty hat. Otherwise everything was super!

Went in to get an alignment. After checking out the vehicle, was told no alignment was needed. I very much appreciated their honesty and integrity.

I called to get an appointment on my lunch break, they advised me that it would take about 40 minutes to rotate my tires and do an oil change, while I was there they brought in my air filter and showed me how bad it was, and asked if I'd like a new one. I chose to get a new one, they had it ordered and delivered super fast. I'm very happy with the friendly service from everyone there!
