Big O Tires

Had a brake problem and it was corrected.

I have been treated very well since doing business at this location. Devon is awesome. He makes sure I understand what is needed and the cost of the service. This location has gained a very satisfied customer. My 17-year-old son will most likely do business here as well when he gets a vehicle.

For walking in I was taken care of faster then expected, everyone got me all taken care of and on my way. I'll be getting new tires again with you guys.

I left a side panel of my Eclipse at their shop and went to Salt Lake for Drappointment.They took excellent care of my car and made it possible for me to pick it up after hours, therefore saving me a 45 mile round trip .I love BIG O.Nola

We were in a bind over Easter weekend with an accident that left us needing major repairs. This amazing team worked hard on our truck, gave us a vehicle to use to get where we were going, and made sure that we got the best service/deal possible with what was needed to get us back on the road. They were amazing!

The true tech brought me out to the shop and showed me what the tire balance was at before he rebalanced them. The tire tech and staff were very respectful and honest. I am highly coming back and recommending them

I am an old woman with a "fleet " of vehicles to keep on the highway. I can always depend on Allen and the crew to have my back.

They were able to assist us with our issue. Unfortunately the tires we have are no longer in stock but they were able to find a similar replacement

I take my car to them because I can trust them not to tell something is wrong when it isn't. I am a widow and was well taken care of by my husband, I just don't have the expertise to know what my car needs. I can depend on Allen and his people to help me. They go above and beyond to provide awesome service. If they cannot do some work on my car (air conditioning) they will recomend someone I can depend on.

I'm from out of town and after my car broke down the staff went above and beyond to make sure my car was repair ASAP

I was our of town when my alternator went out. They were able to get me in quickly and get me back on the road. I’m not likely to return because I don’t like near price.

These guys are great, I had a flat on my 5th wheel and one about to go. We limped in on a Thursday morning and they had us on the road in an hour. I actually stopped back by at the end of my trip and had them put on three more tired , still fast and friendly service

they expained the problem well, quoted a price and performed the work. When it was complete the problem persisted. They performed more service at no charge for the misdiagnosis. I appreciated the honsesty and help. They were professional, polite and timely in everything they did.
