Big O Tires

I've taken my two cars to this Big O for several years now. It was recommended to me by a personal friend who is an partner of another Big O Tire. He said that these folks are very honest and good people who treat their customers right. Well... I was happy to learn that he was right. And actually, I have had a couple of times when I verified things... Where they could easily have tried to cheat... But they were totally honest. This is so very important in an automobile service company! Thank you so much, my friends at Springville Big O Tire.

Clint and the guys are amazing! I can trust them and know that they will take great care of us! I tell people to go to them all the time!!! we have gone here for YEARS! I am also sending my aunt there for her car registration--- I trust them so well that I ask where they would take their cars for things they don't do--- I grew up with my family having a transmission shop--- this place take care of their customers and is clean, and friendly and honest!

I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. I'm always treated fairly and feel like I can trust them 100%.

My previous tire had a lot of noise and this one seemed to resolve

I was very grateful recently, when I brought my car in to be diagnosed. There is a sign in the Big-O location that I frequent that states that you will not recommend and perform a service if it is not required (paraphrasing). Through my own troubleshooting, I was expecting a large bill to get my car fixed. The team at Big-O diagnosed the problem readily, and it was much less of a problem than I figured it would be. That said, instead of the large bill to get my car fixed, it was a nice manageable amount. They could have easily "fixed" my vehicle as I originally thought, and I would not have been the wiser. I really appreciate the integrity of the Big-O team.

I purchased new tires online and needed a mounted on a swap set of wheels. They were prompt in helping me to install the tires. And left me feeling happy and satisfied.

I love these guys. They almost always get to me before I even make it to the door. They always get done when they say they will. In the decade I've been going to them they have only made one mistake and they fixed it and their cost. Very helpful. Always happy and freindly.
