Big O Tires

I absolutely LOVE how Big-O brings me out into the shop and actually SHOWS me what is wrong. This way I can see for myself that it does indeed need to be replaced. They were attentive, quick and did a great job! The only downside was the cost - a bit on the expensive side!

I felt the employees were honest and knowledgeable and efficient.

Big O in Springville is the best place to get work done

Paul Gibbons, who helped me, came out to the car to greet us and ask what we needed. We went to his desk got it taken care of. I was afraid it was going to take a long time because of the how late it was in the morning but it only took 20 minutes which was great because I had my two-year-old with me and keeping him entertained in a tire place is very difficult. Paul was very polite. He even remembered me from the last time that I was there to change my tires and he asked about my son. It was a great experience.
