Big O Tires

Everyone that I have worked with has been great. My most recent visit was no exception.

The staff has always been nice and I feel like they do a good job.

I have used Springville Big O Tire for several years and have found that their expertise, professionalism and integrity are absolutely the best! I would definately recommend them to anyone,, and have happily done so. In the tire and auto repair business is so easy to get ripped off by dishonest technicians who replace unneeded parts and charge for unnecessary services. You will never find this happening at Springville Big O!Clint's integrity has also rubbed off on the other staff. I couldn't be more pleased with my experiences with Springville Big O Tire!!!

Customer service is great. They let you know of potential problems, but dont tru to upsale you.

We were more than one hour away from home when my trailer tire tore up while driving on the highway in Springville, UT. The closest repair place we could find was at Big O Tires, and I've never used their service before. It was Saturday night so we left the trailer in the parking lot and sent an e-mail asking them to take a look at it. They did an examination Monday morning, contacted me, and verified the rim was still good so I just needed a tire. I was glad to get an honest reply without pressure to buy more than what I needed. We decided to replace both tires, adding an extra rim for the tire that was still usable as a spare. It was ready to pick up the next day on Tuesday. The job was well done and in good time. I appreciate the good work by Clint and others. Thank you.

Big O always exceeds my expectations. I went in for brakes. I left the car and was called pretty quickly with an estimate and then called again when the work was done. The price was great also!

I came in for a Healthy Car service and was out in less than 40 minutes. They even tightened up an lower engine cover that was almost dragging on the ground. Thanks so much!

I came in with low tire pressure, they found a nail and patched up and sent me on my way! Still had low tire pressure so I brought it back and asked if they can find the leak, found it and patched it, no charge. I also got an oil change with an extended warranty i have and they had it all rung up by the time it was ready to go and out I went. Great fast friendly service!

Reasonable price

Everyone at Big O always helps with reschedule of needed services. Service is prompt and I appreciate follow-up advice to date. Will be back Saturday to check transmission seals as suggested.

This location has friendly staff, they’re always candid, but do not try to upsell me on things that are not needed. One piece of advice: they play a lot of hard metal music. Usually there are those of us were trying to work, read, or chat with other customers. It’s hard to do that with that distracting music.

I've been going to these guys for 3 years and have always had great service. Clint always treats me like I matter and that's hard to find. These guys are professional and will only do what you need not try to sell you what you don't.

The employees at this location are incredible! I have been going there for several years now for both personal and my business needs. I have never had a bad experience and I have o ably been there on a dozen different occasions! I love Big O in Springville!
