Big O Tires

I have had many cars at many auto and tire stores for the past 35 years from California to Utah. Never has there been a better service or one that I've completely trusted 100% with auto work like I do with Big O Springville. The staff, expertise, fairness and experience are always unmatched by any competitor I've ever been too. No matter the issue, they'll fix it or figure it out and you know you'll have been treated fairly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Everything you mentioned in the questions. The associates were super nice and friendly! They definitely knew what they were doing and they cared about me and making sure I got taken care of!

I have been going to Big O for a few years now and they have done lots of work for me. I recently was having trouble with what I thought was my alternator. They diagnosed it as a bad battery (I had replaced this last year so I didn't think that was the problem) They replaced the battery under warranty and rotated the tires in 15 minutes!

The right fender was messed with and now isn't sitting correctly. The odometer pin wasn't fixed. For $2,900, I was expecting it to be flawless. One employee, Shawn, was so rude, I almost left crying. I probably should have taken it somewhere else. Just bummed about my fender.

Big'O Tires has always been very fair with us, and takes good care of our tires, alignment, and patches in our tires from road injuries.They are reasonable and always look for the best deal for us, as well as fixing flats for free.They are kind and respectful as well, making the whole experience a pleasure.And, they do the work quickly. Big'O is our #1 choice when it comes to caring for our tires.

Big O in Springville for me has always been "That shop that you can just drop off your car and trust they will do the right repair with out a lot of upsell!" Been using them since 2005 for all my automotive needs for several cars and trucks. The counter guys are are always friendly and nice and know me by name. Same guys for years. From the service they gave me on my work truck I was very happy to bring my personal Truck to them for it’s service as I explained the terrible service I received at the dealership and this service was awesome also so I will be back to continue my services on all my vehicles

The people that work at this Big O, especially Tyler and Clint go out of their way to help you with everything they can. Also, they got my car fixed in record time. A huge thank you for that. Definitely will be coming back again.
