I love this place. We have 6 cars and have never received anything but excellent service. Today, my teenaged daughter had engine trouble about 45 minutes from home. I directed her to Big O tires near where she was, and then called MY Big O and talked with McKay. He said he had never heard anything BAD about the Big O I was sending her to, but because I was nervous, he said I could call him after we had a diagnosis on the car and he'd tell us what he thought. McKay didn't have to be so kind, but he was. Clint and McKay are the backbone of the Springville Big O Shop and I trust them with all my tire and basic automotive needs. Everything worked out well for my daughter and I gave a positive review to Big O in South Jordan/Riverton as well. Thanks, Big O!

I received a fast diagnostic, the services were completed quickly, and employee communicated both prior to completing work and as soon as it was finished. Employees were extremely friendly and shop was very clean.

I'm traveling and my tire got flat, I went to Big O Tires. RJ JOHNSON helped me, I asked him how long it would take (about 40 minutes) he said. I got close to 25 minutes and it was ready. I asked him how much I should pay, and what I had never thought of happened, he didn't charge me. He told me it was just a nail and he told me I wish you a great day. Thank you very much MR. Dennis, I was at your store today because I had some lights on my dash, and my breaks were "growling". Clint was to my rescue. So helpful, polite, honest, and fast. Answered all my questions. He gave me a quote on everything I needed. Clint Gray rocks!

I came in for an oil change, my engine light was on. The tech reviewed the engine light gratis. It was related to oil change... so he reset it for me free of extra charge and then explained the procedure and why etc. Very helpful, very professional. Great Job! Great Service!

The Springville Big-O has always been very good to work with. If I don't understand something, they are willing to take the time to help me understand. From the front-end personnel to the mechanics, I would recommend them to anyone.

The Big-O in Springville is the only store I go.

We had new tires put on a used truck here last week. This shop quickly walked us through any concerns we had and did exactly what they said they would do. They even gave us some possible concerns about our used vehicle in the future. Would use again.

They understand it is a company vehicle so I was not able to confirm some of the fixes due to price and not being the owner of the vehicle

Walked in to get a oil change the worker was very friendly and gave me a wait time and the truck was done within that wait time. they gave me the keys and I was out of there in under 35 min!

My truck needed an alignment. I didn't want to wait a week to get into the place I usually go. So I looked up Big O on-line and noticed that you could schedule an appointment on the website. Got in the next day. By the way the technician did a great job and was fast! Just found my new alignment store!!!

Everyone here was super nice. I pulled up and got out of my car and someone was right there to help me. I talked to a few people today to ask questions and everyone was so nice and answered all My questions. When I was done with my breaks, I asked if they could also quickly do an oil change and they sat yep, no problem.
