I have bought tires at the store for over 10 years I really appreciate and like Clint and McKay. They are great employees I appreciate the honesty and hudtle of getting my vehicles in and out fast.

Great timely service, friendly knowledgeable staff, and they were good to communicate with us when the work was completed.

These people are amazing, they care about you and making you feel like you are important. Thank you Big O you are amazing.

Clint's store is the best. He has excellent front staff and great people in the back. I never have concerns when I take my car there. I know they will do what I ask, no more, and let me know if there is anything safety related I need to know. Friendly and always professional.

I have NOT bought tires from Big O Tires before, however, when I had a flat tire they always fixed it anyway. The time came when I had to replace all 4 tires of my vehicle. Big O Tires did not have the cheapest tires, but I still went for it because I know their customer service is the best. They even offered me discounts on premium tires to pay good price.

RJ was great to work with! He filled me in on everything my car needed and was upfront about the costs so there were no surprises when I paid.

Every time I come in to Springville Big-O Tires I get excellent service. Several times I have come in with an oil change, but they have helped me out with another problem for free. I love that they never push extras services on you and always go the extra mile. I won't ever go back to Jiffy Lube!

The team at this location has always been great. Every time, I bring in my car I can trust it will be taken care of and done correctly. At other shops, I do not have that same confidence.

The Spanish Fork, Utah store WAY overcharged me for tires and had a used car salesmanship attitude, but the Springville store was beyond helpful, charged me HALF (yes, half) for the same tires a year and a half later, and their customer service was very helpful, fast, and HONEST!!! Thank you so much Springville Big O!!!

Easy to schedule. I had once had a flat tire here and they fixed it for free, so I decided to have my truck aligned here. It was great! A little more expensive than I thought, but great service

I needed to have my daughters car alignment checked. I arrived first thing in the morning and they were able to schedule me for a time when their mechanic arrived. It required a repair which was completed in the time-frame they communicated to me. I appreciated that I could get it taken care of so quickly.

While it's very difficult these days to find a service business where the associates have high integrity and are truly honest, I have found through several years of having two of my cars serviced and maintained by the Springville Big O Tire, that this business and the people who work there definitely have these qualities. I even sort of tested them... A couple of times they could easily have stretched the truth to make more money, but they were only totally honest. Very recently they found that a bolt was missing from my shifting linkage and just replaced the bolt at no charge while servicing and inspecting it. It's so cool to know that they will always be honest and treat me right, and that they also are extremely compitent in auto servicing. Thank you very much, Springville Big O Tire!!!
