Big O Tires

We had a tire blow out while my kids where at school. We rushed up there and get them settled down and got a tow truck to Big O in Springville. They had the tire in stock and got us going in about 45 minutes. They were fast friendly and made a bad experience a good one

The staff have a positive attitude. They also explained to me what they did. They also took care of me quickly.

Clint and McKay always...Always treat me right. I know if I have a question I can pop in and they'll give me sound and solid advice. I'd trust them both to watch my kids (if I had any). They are always fair with pricing and I absolutely love working with them. In times where the product or repair doesn't live up to expectation they always make it right. They're both incredible individuals who I think of very highly.

Springville Big-O is our go to place for tires and tire repair. They are always helpful and have great pricing for what we need. We have a fleet of 10+ vehicles and also trailers and they always get us back up and going in no time at all.

We got a flat tire on the 15 and pulled up without an appointment. Paul Gibbons got un in quickly. Gave us a discount. We were able to get two new tires and back on the road in the same time it took to get our order at Wendy’s next door. Thank you!

I have been going to these guys for about 7 years and I have never had a bad experience. They are quick, they are honest and they have unbelievable customer service. I live in a different city than this Big-O location, but I would never ever go to to a different store than this one.

Showed up later in the day in a bit of a bind. Had just picked up a trailer from our office that was in need of wheel bearing service. Really needed to get it done that day because had to haul it several hundred miles the following day. The work was comleted quickly. The store was awsome to work with!

Just purchased a new to me vehicle. Had them do a complete check and flush the transmission. They recommend tires since two were new and the back two were old. The vehicle is an all wheel drive so needed to have new tires, have me credit for the 2 new and 12 months interest free on my service! Very trust worthy. Have used them for years.

As always, Big-O did a great job with service. This time for my daughter, when I wasn't even there. They pro-rated a tire we bought without hazard insurance and got her back up and running quickly.
