Big O Tires

This time was out of my control. We bought the tires from this store. The only reason why the vehicle was because of the flat tire. The transmission on my Cadillac was not handled in a professional manner, checking the transmission fluid after the repair would have been the right thing to do. Instead, nothing was done about it. I was surprised when I asked the mechanic for the photo that he took, that showed he took off the complete front end of the vehicle. This is why companies have insurance. The Cadilac was brought in to have the alternator replaced. The transmission was working fine before the repair.

I have been coming to this store for over 18 years with all of my vehicles. These kind, hardworking people treat me like family. No matter if the problem with my vehicle is big or small, they choose to help in a professional manner, even when they cannot help, they recommend others who can. I have been blessed so many times by their kindness. I always recommend this particular store. There was a time I lived in Cedar City, Utah. I still was able to visit family and we would stop at the Big O Tires in Springville. Thank you for your service.

I took the branded-title car my daughter recently purchased in for an alignment, as I had noticed after she purchased it that it pulled to the right. The technician said that it seemed the car had a bent part in the front-end somewhere, as it needed an additional part to get within acceptable range. They put it in, and just got within acceptable camber range. I wish we had taken the car to Big-O prior to purchase, but am glad they could do what they did, as it drives much better now.

I called asking for help at 5:45, I was in the store by 6:05, and out of the door by 6:40 with a repaired tire and a MUCH smaller credit card bill that I thought. These guys got me taken care of quickly and efficiently even though they were so close to closing time. I couldn't appreciate them more - thanks fellas!

I swung in last second just before closing, yet they jumped on it and got me out the door in less than 20 minutes without making me feel like it was an inconvenience. Been coming to the Springville store for years, and now you know why. Clint and the crew are fast, friendly and get er done!

When I have any kind of problem they are quick to fix it or get the product in quick. They are all so nice and you can tell they like what they do. Sometimes it gets really busy but they still have a smile on their face and try to help the best they can.

I scheduled and appointment for an alignment for the same day that was going to be within an hour. Check in was very simple and easy. The associate, Paul, at the Springville, UT location was very kind and helpful. He seemed very sincere in his customer service which i really appreciate because I’m not very knowledgeable about cars. The service overall took a little less than an hour. I loved my experience there!

I have never had a bad experience at this location. These associates have always had my best interest at heart. What a great group of employees I recommend them to everyone. I have moved and now drive all the way from South Jordan because I know these guys will take care of me. My car is kept running in tiptop shape!
