Job was great but this is the 2nd time the drivers side fabric armrest was covered with black grease, very frustrating as it will take some scrubbing with a dissolvent to get it out

I made an appointment and arrived at the set time. It became clear that making an appointment was pointless. I waited 3 hours, as people who came after me we served and departed. It may have been due to the fact that I had my brakes checked and added four tires, but it would have been nice to know that I was going to have to wait for three hours.

Quick and easy

Have always received excellent service at this location before. This time, tire was not ready when I was told it would be, and spare was not returned to its place in my wife's car, just thrown in the back.

The associate who helped me, Aaron Dell, was the best mechanic I’ve ever worked with. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, if anyone deserves a raise over there it’s him!

I took my daughter's car down with faith that things would be fixed. I invested just over $400 dollars in her car to get the oil leaks fixed and when the car was returned, there was no oil even in the car. And by the time she got it home, the facility was closed and I had to go and invest more money to put oil in the car so that she can drive it to where she needed to go. I am very disappointed in this treatment, especially after these last 4 years my cars have been treated well.

McKay was great at communicating everything that was going on. And took care of the air conditioning in my truck. Also fixed a slow leak in the rear tire. Great experience

My truck takes 7 quarts of oil. It appears they only put in 5. Had to buy more oil and fill it myself.

The people working at this location are very quick and friendly with their work. I'm in and out quick and never have to worry about service quality.

Way to spensive for an oil change and after that my car has a light on

I noticed a hissing sound and my tire going flat on my truck, so I drove across the street to this Big O. They took it back and looked at it and showed me where something had slit the tire beyond repair. My tires are not even a year old and are obviously from Big O. They told me that without my paperwork, the only thing they could do is air up my tire and hope I made it to the Spanish Fork Big O. I got on the phone and called Spanish Fork and they immediately faxed over my paperwork. Then I was told i would have to pay for mounting and balancing and road hazard again if I wanted it on that tire. I was not impressed with the service at this location at all!!

Aaron Dell was able to look up he tires I wanted and get them delivered to Springville lickity split!

I came in at 730 am, said I wanted my tires rotated oil changed and break pads replaced and safety and emissions. I had a lot to do that day so asked how long it should take I was told 1 1/2 -2 hours. I didn't get finished until after 10 am. Which is not my biggest complaint because we ended up having to fix another item. What pisses me off is no one ever rotated my tires, the sticker in my window was never updated, and my trucks computer was never updated so it continues to tell me I need an oil change. So how do I know it even got done? I am very displeased with big o

I can make an appointment and they take my vehicle on time. Not running late wasting my time.

I know a worker, named Justin and he promised me no matter what time I came in it would be done in under 20 minutes. He didn't disappoint, I was greeted at the door with much kindness. They even had good drinks for low prices.
