Everything went well except the tire pressure light went on after I left. I took it back and they reset it

The employees are great at this location. They call me by name as I enter the building. I always recommend this store to my friends. I drive past two other locations to get to this one.

The serviceman who help me was very professional and listened to me. He made I got what I needed and called if there was a problem.Thank you

The whole team at big O is very professional and excellent. They get right to work and get you out quickly.

Well I always go to this big o tire place and never have had issues. But my only da off from work and after taking my mom to all her dr appts in the day I thought hey they don't close till 6 and it's 5:15. So I got there no one came out to greet me like they usually do. I went in there was only one worker on the phone. I waited for about 5 min. Then I asked if I can get my oil change and tires rotated.He told me they can't get my car in because they are to busy. I told him it's the only time I can come in for about a week or so he did not care and told me that they are behind and won't be done till 6:15 and then their closed. I respect that if I came after closing hours but for customer service they could have taken my car I would have waited plus they may go home a bit later but at least your taken care if everyone before yoy close. Unless you mention we take our last cars at 5, so basically close at 5. So they can go home right at 6. After all of that I left disappointed plus after like 15:years of coming there I have never been denied service. He could have gave me a discount or something for the inconvenience but he did not. Anyways returning back I got the same service that I usually get fast and friendly. But I graded you well on that day, but I thought you should be aware of my inconvenience day that I had.

The greeting in the begging, the spicification of the tires I was buying was very clear. The procedure and the time I was told was also very clear. The checking out and payment procedure was very easy.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I thought their communication was great, and they were a lot quicker than expected to do the inspection.

They forgot to call me when my truck was finished otherwise I would have rated them a five.

The mechanics are friendly, honest, efficient and trustworthy.

When it comes to tires I'll likely be a costumer for life, but charging $80 for a simple oil change is excessive to say the least.

I have been going to this store for 20 years and always get good service
