Colt at the Provo store has always gone above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else for our tires. They have hands down the best customer service around!!!

Reese is always super helpful and we can always count on him to take good care of us and our vehicles.

Thought I lost a weight off my wheel. Took it tp Big-O Provo. Wasn't happy to find out that my truck had bad wheel bearings on both sides that were shot. When I was taken back in the shop to check things out, I wonder how I even limped into their location. Not a cheap thing to fix, but let me say this.... I received the best service in the world by Colton, and others, and I know I got a very good deal. I will always go back to Big-O Provo. Thanks for getting me back on the road quickly to I can get back to fishing in our Utah mountains.

Friendly Knowledgeable staff that treated me with respect and great customer service. They are always willing to accommodate my schedule for my business and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. A lot of places treat customers these days like a burden, but I DO NOT feel like this at this Big O location which I have used several times and greatly appreciate. Colton Malerby has been incredible to work with, he is really good to keep us updated on our vehicles. I there are ever unexpected repairs or services that are needed, he does a great job explaining all our options. We really feel the relationship is genuine, and that's why we keep coming back!

The whole experience was good

I was blown away by the level of service that I received at Big O Tires. Steve was so knowledgable about the tires that were perfect for my minivan. He explained the alignment process and how they could correct it so the tires wear properly. In addition he helped me navigate Michelin's warranty and proration process saving me tons of money. Will definitely be shopping here for years to come.

I appreciate that I was able to get my vehicle in the shop, worked on and completed in the same day. The crew was quick and had great communication about the problems, solutions and pricing. I've used BIG O before and will continue to use this location in Provo, UT.
