"I was little apprehensive taking my car to Midas especially to a new shop. I called and Steven answered the phone. He was nice and answered every question I had with patience. When I arrived, I meet Steven and his bubbly character, handled over my keys, and let the technicians do their job. I didn?t have to wait long and the technicians were just as friendly as Steven, they even just as friendly offered me some of their pizza. I watched these young man work diligently getting each car out and satisfying each customers. Well done and good job Midas West Chester location. "

I have been going to Midas for awhile now. And although sometimes we don’t like to hear the number or price given for what needs to be done for our car over all I feel like they are very fair most times they will give discount/coupons if they are available for the service you are getting done .

It was ok, oil changed and free wiper changed

I didn’t have an appointment and I was still serviced in a timely manner. The gentleman who assisted me was very professional and also offered me another deal for my tires. I was able to sit comfortably and take care of some things on my phone while I sat and waited for my car to be serviced. This was not my first or last time coming to this location.

Quick Service. Good customer service

The worker was very clear on what needed to be fixed with the car and different payment options. I’m very satisfied with the results. It only took 2 hours which is fast.
