Location on 281 had damaged my oil drain plug, the guys at the bandera location brought it to my attention. Special thanks to Vincent and his tech for helping me out and replacing it free of charge.

Got my vehicle in right away, did an initial inspection and informed me it could be more serious than just the alignment. Another tech was called over and was able to fix the issue.
