both bays at the oil change bldg were full but one of the gals came out within 2-3 min and greeted me and told me about how long it would be which was 5-7 min. Did not even take that long. All went well.

They were right on top of things and let me know I was due for Tire rotation. They were friendly and respectful.

I appreciated the full detail explanation at the end of my service and they completed the job in a timely manner. There was no issues and the lobby was nice to sit in. I am returning to get more work done as they recommended to ensure tire life on my car.

I drove up, no waiting. Destiny offered me coffee in the lobby which I quickly took advantage of. When I was done with my coffee...the job was done. However, I was reading a pamphlet in the waiting room and it said free tire rotation every 5K when you purchase tires (which I had done previously). Well, I asked Destiny if I could possibly get that done too. 20 minutes later I was out the door! Don did a good job as well. But, interface with Destiny made me realize she is a valuable asset to this Midas business.
