I had called and was told that I could just go to the oil change bay and they would take care of my burned out headlight. I was pleased that they had the light in stock. The light was installed and my fluids topped off. Very impressed with the young lady that took care of me.

Great as always

Due to part delivery, we had to wait 2 days for the part. Dealer was helpful allowing us to keep our vehicle at their store instead of driving it home and back. Helped save time and gas at least. Tardy delivery was due to supplier not the dealer

The Midas facility of Kalkaska has always gone out of its way to accommodate our service needs. We have had all of our vehicles serviced with them for the last 30+ years. We have never found their service or quality of parts to be lacking in any way. We have sent our children and grandchildren to them.

"It was a Friday night at 5:45 I needed a new bulb for my headlight and it wasn?t a quick in and out job. Called Midas they told me to come right over Gavin and Destiny did a great job, worked until 6:30 to get my new bulb in."

If we ever have an automotive issue, we can rely on the guys at the Kalkaska Midas shop. They talk you through the diagnostics and make sure they understand your concerns and then are very reliable about letting us know what they find as soon as possible and recommend process and our options. They have always done a good job for us and we trust them with our vehicles because we are basically trusting them with our lives. They have earned that trust over the 12 years we have been here and we used the same shop prior to our moving away in 1997, before it was a Midas facility.
