Took a flat tire in to be repaired. When I went to pick it up they said no charge. I fully expected to pay for the service and insisted, but attendant said no. Will definitely return for additional work. Also, replaced a break light bulb at the same time. Don't see this type of service today!

When I can go into a business without an appointment and have the service done on my car in less than an hour, that is great customer service. This was my 1st visit. I am impressed. I am due for an oil change soon. See you then.

I can say that I live in Johnson City, TN and heard of this place through Snap financial. I was visiting a friend in Knoxville, TN and decided to take my van to them and told them what was wrong with it when I took it to a mechanic in Johnson City. Well that was what was wrong with it I also told them I wanted four tires and they came back and said I only needed 2 tires the other one was New. Which it was I just bought it 4 month prior to that. They where great with what they did and even did not try and sell me stuff I did not need. I would suggest them over any mechanical shop I have been to alot I've the years and I can day Big O Tires is the most honest that I have been to. Thank You and keep up the good work Jimmy Hodges.

I really enjoyed the service I got, the only part I was not happy with was the tech got in my car with his greasy oily hands and everywhere he touched had his marks on it. But other than that It was good.

This Big O is great! They are reasonable and honest.

Everyone at Big O's is extremely nice. I will never go anywhere else for car repairs or tires.

This is the second time I have used this store. As was the first visit, the gentleman who greeted me at the service desk was attentive, courteous, and patient. All that we discussed was completed as promised. I'll being returning when my car's needs dictate it.

Great manager and techs. Got everything i needed done at a great price and in a timely manner. Not to mention that i dropped 2 cars at once and did not even phase them. Will definately be beinging my cars as well as my families back in the future.

Harry did a stellar driver job at the counter working with me on an oil change and front end alignment for my Lexus. He price matched the synthetic Valvoline oil change which was very impressive and pleasing to me because I would rather come to Big O which is closer to where I live. He also found a problem with my Pivot arms that need to be replaced and let me know in a no-pressure way what it would cost to fix them. I will schedule a future visit to replace those per his suggestion. He was very respectful of my auto budget, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Harry and Big O Tires.

Been to the Cedar Bluff location a few times abs always had a great experience. I do recommend Big O Tires to anyone. You will always get great service, knowledgeable people, and honest advise. I always find their prices competitive with other places so it's easy too choose them. Also this company values vets!!

My service was fast and straight-forward. The only issue was that there was no one available to transfer the tires I wanted to purchase from another location (there were only two in house and I wanted to buy four). In the end, I got four lower quality tires (cheaper and more basic), but they should still last me long enough. Everyone there was polite and professional. I would return again, especially as it is so convenient to where I live.

Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I always go to the Big O where he is at.
