Walked in at 1:30 pm with no appointment ... I was taken right away and done working 45 mins . Oil change And tire rotation .

I was the first one to the shop upon opening on a Saturday morning. I had done my research and knew I was going to get tires put on that day. I went over what I wanted with the person at the desk, he was very quick to find the tires I was looking for and send someone out to pick them up at the warehouse. It was quick service and they were very nice and answered all of my questions. I bought the road hazard plan so will be going regularly for my tire upkeep and oil changes.

The manager was friendly helpful and knowledgeable

Took a flat tire in to be repaired. When I went to pick it up they said no charge. I fully expected to pay for the service and insisted, but attendant said no. Will definitely return for additional work. Also, replaced a break light bulb at the same time. Don't see this type of service today!

my car was taken right in and I did not have to wait long. Very efficient.

Hank is wonderful. I believe that's his name. Very acknowledgeable. Brandon is usually there and it's even smoother. I go here for most of my car issues. Never left unhappy. Thankful they went out of their way once to assist me with rental car info that budget brakes couldn't do!

This is the second time I have used this store. As was the first visit, the gentleman who greeted me at the service desk was attentive, courteous, and patient. All that we discussed was completed as promised. I'll being returning when my car's needs dictate it.

Harry who works the front is very helpful and professional . I was there just for a oil change but we had a long talk about new tires sizing brands and benefits of certain types. Always a pleasure when going to Big Oh’s on Cedar Bluff!!
