Big O Tires

After having some work done at another Big O store I felt that something wasn't quite right. This store is as close as the store that did the original work but much easier to get to. Every one involved, from front desk to the technician who looked at the car was friendly, answered my questions and worked quickly to resolve the problem. They quickly made a couple of minor adjustments, explained what they had done and I was back on the road. I should add that there was no problem with the original work. It was just a matter of new parts needing to get adjusted (worn in).

This outlet is where I've gotten my car serviced a few times. I am a veteran and I prefer to support veteran owned businesses. After my first experience here I decided to make it my go to choice.

I just moved from a small town and was really sad to leave my mechanics I have had for years. Coming here they have been so nice it kind of still feels like my mechanics at home. So it has been a very welcoming experience. They go above and beyond for their customers. Just wanted to say I really appreciate them. They have really helped me out a lot and will be coming here for the years to come. I will highly recommend them to someone that is looking to get their car fixed. They do great work!

Brandon Lawson did an excellent job of making me comfortable with the entire process. I watched Drew McBroom perform the alignment on my vehicle And was impressed with His attention to detail and care for my vehicle.

Brandon was fabulous!! He got me in right away and found me the best deal on two new tires. He clearly explained to me the reason I needed new ones and physically showed me the damage done. I will never go anywhere else to get my car serviced.
