Very friendly and great service

The service was fast and excellent.

My father was a mechanic so I've grown up around shops and I have to honestly say that this is one of the friendliest and nicest garages that I have ever been in besides my father's.

The service was great and all work was explained to me before hand. I was showing the old parts which clearly needed to be replaced. I noticed an improvement in the handling of my vehicle immediately after leaving Big O.

Although this Big O branch was not familiar with Tire Rack's Road Hazard Insurance/Replacement, they worked with me to satisfy the program's requirements and install the tire in short order.

Associates we're friendly and knowledgeable and the service was completed to a satisfactory degree. they were able to patch my tire (puncture) and change the oil. Didn't ask how much the patch would be and they didn't say, but I didn't really care. Cheaper than a new tire!

Thank you Honoring the problem that I was working on at the Shop on Callahan Road when they closed. Everyone at your shop at Old Cedar Bluff were very nice to see. I will be using your shop for my oil change and tire rotation from now on..Thank you again .

I was excited that they were able to get my tires and align my car so quickly. I was disappointed that no one, customers or employees, were wearing masks. I felt a little uncomfortable.

I purchased tires, brakes and oil change. Wasn't satisfied with original tires purchased. They ordered and replaced a set of Michelin's with no hassle. Couldn't ask for better service.
