Big O Tires

Had been to several tires shops and no one could get the width of tire I needed and staggered sizes. Others could but they said it would be two different manufacturers. So I remembered seeing your store so I stopped in and the guy was very helpful and got my tires ordered. With in a few days they came in. Very satisfied! Will shop here in the future

These guys do great work at reasonable rates and don't bs me.

Didn't have the exact tire I came to get however they did go and get a similar set from the warehouse near closing time. I also got an oil change which was cheaper than I'm used to paying so I will definitely be a returning customer.

I came for an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that rotation was not done because the tires were worn to the replace bar (?). I was also told there was another issue with seals at the top of the engine. I was given a timeline for needing to get new tires and also given suggestion of the order of repairs. I appreciated all the information I was given so I could set priorities. Unfortunately since your company has closed all but one of the stores in the area (and that one is not convenient to my home or work), I have cancelled my account and will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been a customer of NTB and now Big O tires for years and hate having to change but I can't spend 30-45 minutes trying to get to your only available location.

Being recently Divorced and female. The attendant ask me what what kind of oil that I would like . He explained the types very well snd he was very sweet . I explained that I went to a different location of big o before so he called them . To me that is excellent.. especially to take the time to call snd find out !! Greatly Appreciated!!!

I think my car likes your service center!! I have been there 3 times in the last 3 months and had work done. It's a 2007 Nissan Murano.under 92,000 miles. I have always taken care of my car. Harry Yellen did an excellent job on locating the tire that I needed. I called 10 other tire stores between Cookeville and Knoxville with no luck with finding the tire size that I needed. I called and he said I can get you the tire today. I was overjoyed, the customer service that I received was awesome and I definitely recommend Big O Tires to anyone needing a tire.
