Big O Tires

Harry did a stellar driver job at the counter working with me on an oil change and front end alignment for my Lexus. He price matched the synthetic Valvoline oil change which was very impressive and pleasing to me because I would rather come to Big O which is closer to where I live. He also found a problem with my Pivot arms that need to be replaced and let me know in a no-pressure way what it would cost to fix them. I will schedule a future visit to replace those per his suggestion. He was very respectful of my auto budget, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Harry and Big O Tires.

Ive been coming here for vehicles for some time now. I always feel great leaving knowing I got great tires for a great price. Always a friendly experience and will continue to come here for tires in the future as well as service on my truck.

This Big O tires store and crew has always been straight forward with me about the needs of both of my vehicles. I have never felt they were selling me something my vehicles did not need. I pulled in on a rainy night with a big screw in my tire. Due to an injury I would have been unable to change the tire myself. I pulled in right at 6:00 pm closing time on Friday, explained my situation and the manager and tech had no problem taking the time to help me. They patched the hole in my tire and I was out the door in 10 mins. Great service and great guys to stay and help will definitely recommend them to others.

Was just here about a month ago and got excellent service, so went back to have my oil changed. They are always nice and very good prices. So far all the work has been great! I will keep using them for all my future needs!

I came in on a Thursday afternoon, basically with no appointment, to get a tire repaired. The tire was not in stock, but they put my spare on for me. The new tire was to get there on Tuesday afternoon. Early Monday morning I get a text letting me know my tire was ready! I appreciate the timeliness of getting me taken care of. Harry and Austin were both great to work with...

The Big O guys are great! Very detailed. Very honest. They do a great job communicating what my car needs, when it needs it, and how much it will cost.

I was VERY pleased with my most recent visit. My vehicle was serviced in a very timely manner and the car is handling much better than it was before I took it in. TJ, was very courteous and very helpful.

I was able to find the tires I wanted and was able to schedule an appointment right away. I had a new set of tires within 2 hours of dropping off my vehicle.
